In 1993 this book was printed for a November release by this publishing agency. On Amazon this author is listed has having at least one other book that was published in the early 1990s, both have been re-released in 2010.
As most of the books that I have easy access to are regency romances, the quiz on this book is for this time period (Regency time period is from England during the rein of King George III being 1811-1820).
